a) Booking a Taxi

b) Payment

Payments for taxi services can be made using the following methods:

By using online payment methods, you agree to:

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Delays, missed pickups, or accidents due to driver conduct, vehicle condition, or road conditions.

If you experience any issues during a trip, you are encouraged to provide feedback through our customer support system.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

a) Service Availability

We strive to ensure that our platform is available at all times, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue services due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

b) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taxywalla and its affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
